- "You / User" refers to any person visiting our website or enquiring about our residential services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting an enquiry form, or entering into a residency arrangement, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are acting on behalf of a senior individual with their knowledge and consent
- You have the legal capacity to accept these terms
- You accept these terms and any updates we may make from time to time
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website or engage with our services.
3. Service Description
Rehat Residence provides non-medical senior living arrangements in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our services include private furnished rooms, meal provision, housekeeping, communal space access, and — depending on the selected package — lifestyle programming, community activities, and personalised resident support.
We are not a medical or clinical facility. We do not provide nursing care, medical treatment, or any regulated health services. Persons requiring ongoing clinical attention are encouraged to discuss this with our team during the enquiry process so that an appropriate assessment can be made.
Services are available to residents in Kuala Lumpur and subject to room availability. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or residency application where we determine our services are not appropriate for the individual's needs.
4. Residency Arrangement
All residency arrangements are governed by a separate Residency Agreement signed prior to move-in. Key terms of residency include:
- Arrangements are offered on a monthly basis, with a minimum initial period as specified in the Agreement
- A security deposit equivalent to one month's package fee is payable upon confirmation
- Monthly fees are due on the first day of each calendar month
- Either party may give 30 days' written notice to end the arrangement
- Room assignment is at the discretion of Rehat Residence based on availability and suitability
5. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Current package rates are:
- Tranquil Room Package: RM 2,500 per month
- Active Community Programme: RM 2,900 per month
- Courtyard Premier Suite: RM 3,280 per month
Rates are subject to annual review. Residents will be given at least 60 days' written notice of any fee change. Payment may be made by bank transfer or other methods specified in the Residency Agreement.
Late payment of more than 14 days may result in a service review. Rehat Residence reserves the right to terminate a residency arrangement where fees remain unpaid after a reasonable cure period.
6. Refund Policy
The security deposit is refundable within 30 days of the end of the residency arrangement, subject to any deductions for damage beyond reasonable wear and tear, or outstanding fees.
Monthly fees paid in advance are not refunded for partial months unless the residency ends due to circumstances outside the resident's control, in which case a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion.
Enquiries made through our website that do not result in a residency arrangement carry no financial obligation unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
